3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others
• Violate Reddit's Terms of Service or any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond normal API usage
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service to create misleading or deceptive content
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service without authorization

5. Subscription and Billing

Free Plan: The free plan includes limited features as described on our pricing page. No credit card is required.

Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew each billing period unless you cancel.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Frontpaged. Reddit content displayed through the Service belongs to its respective authors and is subject to Reddit's terms. Your data (keywords, profiles, settings) belongs to you.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

AI-generated content (relevance scores, suggested replies, X thread drafts) is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any content before publishing it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontpaged shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
